Alaska Airlines + Horizon Air
Design / Development
This project is the recruiting website for the Alaska Air Group. They wanted to push the boundaries of their typical brand so we used some of their existing brand elements while introducing bold, oversized headings, ample spacing between elements, and a modular, flat graphic treatment that gives it a fresh and youthful vibe.
We created the site to be flexible and have sections easily moved around and repurposed so that the team at Alaska could easily maintain the site on their own. When we handed off the final product, it included a “reusable modules” document that showed each section, or block, that was available, how to use it, and why type of content it could contain.
Another exciting feature is that the site is designed and built using accessibility best practices in order to reach the widest possible audience.

Dylan Consulting
Branding / Design / Build
This project began with a complete branding package which included the logo, colors, fonts, and graphic treatments. We then created the new website using the WordPress framework, which allows the clinet to easily make updates on their own. The Dylan Consulting brand is about innovation which translates perfectly in the design of the new website. We also took extra measures to make the site accessible to people with disabilities.

HP E5000 Microsoft Exchange Server
Design / Co-Build / 3D Modeling & Animation
The HP team liked the work on the Microsoft SQL Calculator, so they requested their own interactive microsite experience. By setting up this virtual company with virtual employees, we were able to demonstrate in an engaging fashion how the HP e5000 could solve other companies' business challenges. This work was done by Equal Agency owner Matt Wilson while employed at Metia (images and code are property of Metia and HP).

Association for Entrepreneurship USA
Design / Build / Management
Equal Agency designed and developed the Association for Entrepreneurship USA website to closely align with the organization’s established visual brand while creating a flexible WordPress platform that could support memberships, content publishing, eCommerce, customer service workflows, and long-term growth.
The site includes WooCommerce merchandise sales integrated with Printful, MemberPress-powered memberships, a custom API integration with a third-party affiliate system, conditionally displayed content based on user roles, discussion forum functionality, custom user roles, and reporting tools for AFE customer service agents. Equal Agency also created reusable page layouts and content modules so the AFE team can expand the site while maintaining visual consistency.
In addition to design and development, Equal Agency has provided ongoing SEO, accessibility, content, and technical support. SEO improvements helped more than quadruple organic search traffic, and the site now includes more than 1,700 blog posts, many written by writers employed or supervised by Equal Agency.
